Meet our Medical Director
Nestor Shust, MD.
Nestor received his Undergraduate degree from Georgetown University. Went to medical school at University of Michigan. He did his residency training at the University of Illinois Peoria.
His Board Certified in Emergency Medicine by The American Board of Emergency Medicine. He has 30 years of emergency medicine experience and currently works full-time in the Emergency Department.
Meet Our Nurses
Abbie Wallace, RN
Abbie Wallace attended and graduated from the Nursing Program at Mercy College of Health Sciences in 2003. She started her nursing career off in a Cardio Vascular Intensive Care, then spent many years in Medical Surgical Nursing, as well as Pediatric Specialty Clinics in the float pool. Abbie is also certified in Intravenous Therapy. She is ready to serve you and help you in your wellness journey.
Mellisa Shust, RN
Melissa Shust received her LPN degree in 1991 and her ADN degree in 1993 from Rend Lake College. She started her profession on a Medical/Surgical floor and then spent the last 20 years practicing as a Emergency Department RN in a level1 trauma/burn center. She also has been helping her community for the past 10 years as a paramedic. With over 30 years of nursing experience/critical care, she has a lot of expertise to help you have the best experience with your IV hydration needs.
Jerred Gomez, RN, BSN
Jerred received his AA Nursing degree from Long Beach City College and BSN from Capella University. He has been working as a registered nurse for over 13 years. With a background in Emergency Care Nursing, Cath Lab Nursing, and Flight Nursing, Jerred’s experience allows him to quickly identify the patient’s needs to provide excellent and prompt care whenever and wherever is needed.

Proudly serving Prosper, Frisco, Mckinney, Celina, Aubrey, Allen and North Plano. Travel fees may apply based off your actual location. Out of area services can be provided with an addition travel charge.
